“Many of us hoped or thought we’d be through the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic by now but we’re still here in the middle of it,” says CEO Marc Harrison, MD. “This is a time of high stress—many of you are feeling it—and taking care of each other has never been more important than it is right now.”

Marc continues, “Our patience with this pandemic and the nationwide staffing shortage is being tested. I assure you that we hear you. We’re working hard across the organization to address the challenges confronting all of us and to support one another. Many of these challenges can’t and won’t be solved overnight. But we want to do something now to share with you a token of our appreciation for always rising to the occasion.”

Access your funds starting tomorrow by clicking the big green Recognition Portal button on the LiVe Well page. The Intermountain Recognition Portal, operated by third-party web platform Augeo, is the same platform you use to participate in the 2021 LiVe Well rewards program and to receive service milestone recognition. It offers a variety of gift cards to choose from including Target, Walmart, and Amazon. You can also choose to donate the money to a charity. If you’ve never logged into the portal before, follow these step-by-step instructions.

“We hope whatever you choose to use the money on allows you to take some time and do something meaningful for yourself, with your family, or with your friends,” says Heather Brace, senior vice president and chief people officer. “No matter your role, thank you for being here and fighting the COVID-19 pandemic with us. We couldn’t do this without you.”
