You’re invited to share your voice by participating in this year’s caregiver experience survey. The survey, administered by Press Ganey, starts today, Thursday, September 30, and will be available through Thursday, October 21. It measures caregiver engagement, team experience, culture of safety, caregiver well-being, and, for RNs, nurse excellence. All caregivers hired prior to June 28, will receive an email from Press Ganey today with a unique link to the survey.
- It will take 15-20 minutes to complete.
- For the first time, the survey will be offered in both English and Spanish.
- Survey results are confidential—no personal identifiers are included in the results.
- Your leader will share results of the survey with you in November.
In response to caregiver and leader feedback, we added a new feature to this year’s survey to help clarify responses for leader-specific questions. You’ll now see your leader’s name within leader-specific questions. For example, a question will now say, “My leader (Lois Lane) treats me with respect.” Because the survey data file is prepared in advance, leader reporting information is as of August 2. If you’ve transferred to another department, a new facility, or had additional leader changes since August 2, you’ll see previous leader information and your results will be attributed to the leader specified.
