Intermountain Workday Learning will launch in just two weeks on October 13. New job aids are available on the Workday Learning website to help you navigate the new environment and processes.

- Enroll your team in a course
- View employee learning
- View employee transcript prior to Oct. 13, 2021
- Access your team’s required learning report
Please complete any remaining learning assignments by September 30. This will streamline the system transition, reduce downtime for caregivers, and provide access to Q4 assignments with the least amount of disruption. Any assignments not completed before the launch will be transferred to Workday Learning and will be available to caregivers after October 13.
Remember: Beginning at 11:59 p.m. MDT on October 5, all My Learning functions will end and begin the transition to Workday Learning. My Learning will be entirely inaccessible October 6-12 during the transition.
