Caregiver drive-through flu clinics available until October 31

Flu vaccine BN

Caregivers who want to get their flu shot at one of Employee Health’s drive-through clinics should plan to do so in October. Visit the Flu Clinic webpage to book your appointment. Caregivers must get their flu shot and have it documented with Employee Health by November 30.

Caregivers who get their flu shots at an Employee Health clinic do not need to submit proof of vaccination. Caregivers who get their flu shot elsewhere, even if they go to an Intermountain provider, must send an email to Employee Health to record that they got their annual flu vaccine.

The email must include: Name, date of birth, the date you were vaccinated, where you received your vaccine, and which vaccine you got. You should receive paperwork with this information on it regardless of where you get your flu shot and can submit this paperwork to Employee Health. Submitting an EOB is also an acceptable form of proof of vaccination.

The flu shot is free for caregivers at an Employee Health clinic. However, Employee Health can’t vaccinate caregivers’ families. COVID-19 boosters must be scheduled separately.

Visit the Flu Clinic webpage to find all Employee Health flu clinics and book your appointment today.
