The Intermountain Research and Medical Foundation (IRMF) seed grant program is sunsetting. Future awards will now be managed through groups in the Office of Research as part of the strategic planning approval process. The change will expand the seed grant program to include all Intermountain’s researchers and service lines. The Foundation also plans to raise additional dollars for research projects from across the organization. The Office of Research will be releasing submission guidelines soon through each service line’s research department.

“It has been a privilege and my honor to coordinate the IRMF seed grant program the last four years,” says Jenn Mason, Intermountain senior development specialist. “Intermountain has a distinguished history of leading cutting-edge research since the 1950s. We continue to use our model healthcare system to advance clinical investigation, improve patient outcomes, and maintain healthcare quality through innovation, discovery, and implementation science.”
