Benefits

The new measurement period started October 3, 2021 and runs through October 1, 2022. Please remember:

  • Check your Caregiver Statement of Benefits Eligibility every pay period to ensure you’re working enough hours to maintain your benefits eligibility. New measurement period data will be available on October 22, 2021.
  • The maximum number of called-off hours that can count toward your benefits-eligible average hours for the new measurement period is 100 hours. Called-off hours can be entered into UKG (Kronos) when a caregiver is scheduled but doesn’t work because of low census or facility closure—such as a holiday—and PTO isn’t used.
  • If you find it difficult to maintain your budgeted hours, please discuss your schedule with your leader. Please also review these step-by-step instructions for downloading the app so you can review and pick up shifts from your mobile device.
