More than 13,400 caregivers—31% of Intermountain’s workforce—have taken this year’s caregiver experience survey so far. The survey runs until Thursday, October 21, so there’s still time for you to share your voice. All caregivers hired before June 28, 2021 should’ve received a survey link from Press Ganey last Thursday, September 30. If you don’t see a survey link, double-check your email, including your junk and Other folders. If you can’t find your link, please email hdesk@pressganey.com or call the Press Ganey Support Desk at 800-849-2292 between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The survey is:

  • Mobile-accessible
  • Short—it only takes 15-20 minutes and you can complete it at work
  • Available 24/7

What should you do if the wrong leader is listed on your question? New this year, you’ll see your leader’s name listed in leader-specific questions. For example, a question will now say, “My leader (Lois Lane) treats me with respect.” The survey takes several weeks to prepare and launch, so data for the survey—including reporting structures—was pulled from Workday on August 2. If you’ve transferred to another department, a new facility, or had additional leader changes since August 2, you’ll see previous leader information. Unfortunately, the survey can’t be changed. If the leader name that appears on your survey is incorrect, please rate the leader who is shown or choose N/A for that item.
