PEAK art sized for Caregiver News

Intermountain is increasing support to caregivers seeking education opportunities in two ways. The existing tuition reimbursement program will be expanded in 2022, and a new program, Path to Education, Advancement, and Knowledge (PEAK) is available to caregivers starting today.

The existing tuition reimbursement program has been expanded to include more eligible degrees and clinical licensure certifications, and in some cases, higher reimbursement amounts. The following changes will take place starting January 2022:

  • More degree options will be available including additional clinical programs
  • Coverage of the Enhanced Program will be increased to $5,250

More information about tuition reimbursement program improvements will be coming in the following months.

PEAK is an education resource provided to eligible caregivers in partnership with InStride, a global provider of enterprise-level education programs. Through PEAK, Intermountain offers tuition coverage up to $5,250 per year for more than 100 online learning options, including undergraduate studies, professional courses and certifications, high school diplomas, and English language learning.

Why PEAK? With PEAK, Intermountain will pay up to $5,250 per year of tuition upfront so learners won’t need to worry about paying a financial institution before getting started, and then having to wait to be reimbursed.
