Intermountain Recognition Portal will be down October 28-31 for upgrades

Intermountain’s Recognition Portal—your one-stop shop recognition and rewards—is undergoing some upgrades. You won’t be able to access the portal from October 28 until October 31. The Intermountain Recognition Portal houses caregiver programs like the LiVe Well rewards program, Kudos e-Cards, monetary recognition and gift cards, and service milestones. It will be back up on Monday, November 1, with some exciting new features, such as:

  • Leaders will be able to send e-Cards with a monetary reward attached to them.
  • An enhanced User Profile dashboard so you can see who you’ve recognized, who has recognized you, and what you’ve redeemed your recognition dollars for.
  • More choice in how you’d like to use the recognition dollars you receive, with more options for gift cards, entertainment, and events.
  • An interactive “Recognition Wall” where you can comment or react to recognition posts for other caregivers.
