Diane Rindlisbacher, RN

Diane Rindlisbacher, RN, has been selected as the new chief nursing officer of Community-Based Care (CBC), including Intermountain Medical Group Utah, Saltzer Medical Group Idaho, and Intermountain Homecare and Hospice. Diane will transition to her new role on November 7 and will report to Sue Robel, RN, senior vice president of clinical operations and chief nursing executive.

Diane will replace Rebekah Couper-Noles, RN, who filled the role for the last six months while also serving as chief operating officer of CBC.

In her new role, Diane will complete the triad leadership team joining Rebekah and Shannon Connor Phillips, MD, president of Intermountain Medical Group and chief medical officer of CBC.

Diane currently serves as a Strategy Office executive partner where she’s been instrumental in designing cross-functional teams that completed more than 1.5 million COVID-19 tests and more than 200,000 vaccinations across more than 25 community locations.

Diane has 35 years of service with Intermountain and more than 15 years of leadership experience. She served as Intermountain’s chief nursing information officer, assistant vice president for Clinical Information Systems, region Information Systems director, and nursing informaticist.

Her priorities will be to get to know the CBC nursing and clinical support teams in Utah and Idaho, drive staffing stabilization, lead safety and clinical improvement, and a broad array of other nursing leadership initiatives for Homecare and Hospice, Intermountain Medical Group in Utah, and Saltzer Health.
