Open Enrollment Art sized for Caregiver News

Open enrollment for your 2022 employee benefits starts next Monday, November 1. Open enrollment is the only time of year you can make changes to your benefits outside of a qualifying life event. Prepare for open enrollment by visiting the Intermountain virtual benefits fair at intermountainvirtualevents.com and finalize your elections in Workday by 11:59 p.m. MT on Sunday, November 14.

Caregivers and dependents can access the virtual fair 24/7 on any device, including mobile using your last name and employee ID number. Find your ID number in Workday under “Personal Information,” then “About Me.”

There are several benefit enhancements for 2022, many of which have come as a direct result of caregiver feedback, including:

  • Reduction in insulin copays
  • Expanded fertility coverage
  • Addition of chiropractic coverage
  • Increased parental leave, from 60% to 100% income replacement for up to four weeks
  • Expanded dental coverage tiers (NOTE: Because of the addition of a dental coverage tier and a change in dental carriers for some caregivers, your current or prior dental coverage election won’t carry over into 2022; caregivers must reenroll to have dental coverage for 2022.)
  • Rollover up to $550 Healthcare and Limited Purpose Healthcare FSA funds, if you reenroll for 2022
  • Expanded legal coverage, including up to four hours of attorney time, through ARAG
