Intermountain is hosting caregiver vaccine clinics for caregivers who are eligible to receive the third dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and caregivers who haven’t received the COVID-19 vaccine yet (first or second dose). The vaccine clinics are for caregivers only, and there are hundreds of appointments available. To sign up for a clinic:
- Visit the Caregiver COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic page. This page will be updated daily with vaccine appointment availability, so check back often if you receive a “We aren't offering services through the booking page right now” message for your chosen clinic.
- Click on a scheduling link for a location near you. Clinics are being offered at Alta View Hospital, Intermountain Medical Center, LDS Hospital, Logan Regional Hospital, McKay-Dee Hospital, St. George Regional Hospital, and Utah Valley Hospital.
- Schedule your appointment using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Appointments are required for caregivers receiving the third dose, but walk-in’s will be accommodated for caregivers interested in receiving their first or second dose.
Caregivers who received the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine aren’t eligible for a booster vaccine at this time. Should the FDA approve a booster for Moderna or Johnson & Johnson, Intermountain will host booster vaccine clinics for those eligible caregivers.
Other helpful tips, like what to bring to your appointment, are located on the Caregiver COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic page. For additional questions, please contact Ask HR at 801-442-7547 or askhr@imail.org. Don’t call if all appointments are full.
