Intermountain further expands education support for caregivers

Studying sized for Caregiver News

Intermountain is committed to supporting caregivers who want to gain new knowledge and skills through higher education. The launch of the Path to Education, Advancement, and Knowledge (PEAK) program in October was the first step in expanding educational opportunities available to caregivers.

Intermountain is also adding some exciting enhancements to our existing tuition reimbursement program starting January 1, 2022. Read more about the changes on the Educational Assistance webpage. Here are the highlights:

  • Increased reimbursement rate of enhanced option programs to $5,250 per calendar year, including the RN – BSN program.
  • Reduced the work agreement of the RN – BSN program from two to one year.
  • Added more clinical licensure options, degrees in social work, health information management (no longer limited to Weber State), and physician assistant programs. View the full list of eligible programs.
