SelectHealth has received the “2021 Top Workplaces USA” award from The Salt Lake Tribune and—for the 14th time—the 2021 “Best Companies to Work For” award from Utah Business Magazine. SelectHealth received both awards based on feedback provided by SelectHealth caregivers via two separate surveys.
Survey participants said things they love about SelectHealth include the 401(k) and HSA match, health and dental benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement, remote work, the LiVe Well rewards program, flexible schedule options, and performance incentives.
“I’m proud to be a part of SelectHealth,” one survey participant said. “There are so many opportunities for me as an employee and management is very encouraging and supportive of anything we strive for. There is so much room for growth here, too.”
