Eligible caregivers can now gift their Path to Education, Advancement, and Knowledge (PEAK) benefits to a dependent or spouse family member, up to $5,250 per calendar year. This change comes in response to almost unanimous support from caregivers.

Unlike using an education benefit for yourself, there may be additional tax implications to gifting this benefit to a loved one. Read through the FAQ document and instruction guide for more information.
