When using and reserving Intermountain fleet pool cars, please follow these guidelines:
- Fill up the gas tank when returning from a reservation with regular unleaded fuel; don’t purchase unleaded plus or super unleaded. Having a full fuel tank follows best practices for emergency preparedness.
- Every caregiver using a company vehicle is required to have their own fuel pin. An I-Card shouldn’t be used to pay for fuel. If you need a fuel pin, email Geni Wagner.
- Clean up all trash in the car when returning from reservation.
- If a pool car isn’t picked up for reservation, a $25 fee will be charged to the department of the caregiver who made the reservation.
For questions or concerns, please reach out to Geni Wagner.
