After tallying points and finalizing scores for the first Intermountain and Cotopaxi LiVe Well and Do Good Questival for Salt Lake Valley, here are the top three winning teams out of 1,000 teams:
- First Place - RKG Solo: Ryan Garritson, Kurt Lundgren, Lexie Elwell, Brooke Rees, Tracee Pulsipher, and Roylene Richards
- Second Place – Syringe 2/2: Jordan Dressen, Kaylee Barson, Zack Campbell, Will Newman, Julie Flygare, and Ira Rice
- Third Place – IV Leaguers: Meaghan Feeney, Settie Harrison, Jay Martin, Christy Russell, Kylie Kalma, and Diana Triffletti

Each caregiver on the top three teams will receive a Cotopaxi gift card worth $200, $150, or $100. Additional information about this prize will be emailed directly to the caregivers. Each caregiver on a team that earned at least 150 points, which was 960 teams or 4,281 caregivers, will receive a Cotopaxi Allpa Travel Pack. Packs will be mailed the end of May.
Registration for all Questival events is officially closed as the last adventure race, the Northern Utah/Idaho Questival, finishes on Saturday, May 14 at 11:59 p.m. 11,530 caregivers registered for a Questival event.
“It really was so much fun,” says Tracie Merrill Wilson, who participated in the Salt Lake Valley Questival. “I work mostly on my own in my department, so it was an amazing way to connect a bit more with some of my coworkers.”
Remember, Caregiver Appreciation Week was moved to June because of the timing of Questivals. Instead of being in May, this year’s Caregiver Appreciation Week will be June 5 to 11. There will still be a caregiver gift as well.
