Intermountain offers opportunity to take six -week online training program. 

Launching a healthcare career as a medical assistant can happen sooner—and more affordably—than you may think. What’s it like to be an Intermountain medical assistant? Find out in this 2-minute video.

If you’re passionate about patient care and ready for a new challenge, start now on the path to becoming an Intermountain medical assistant by applying for this six-month, online training program conducted through Intermountain’s Path to Education, Advancement, and Knowledge (PEAK) program and the University of Memphis. The application deadline is this Friday, June 3.

When you’re ready, apply online by entering your details and answering ten questions, including two HireVue video responses. You’ll also need to attach a current resumé.

The cost of tuition and the textbook are fully covered by Intermountain through PEAK, and you’ll even get to participate in paid skills pass-off sessions. To be eligible, you must be budgeted and scheduled for 20 or more hours per week.
