This function will scan Intermountain job opportunities, mentors, and classes, and match you with options that support your growth.
You’ll see a new task in your Workday inbox inviting you to update your career profile. This task isn’t mandatory but makes the career profile easier to access. Updating your career profile is the first step in finding growth opportunities, education, and mentors who are personalized based on how you want to develop.
