Remember, the survey is:
- Available to caregivers hired before July 1.
- Confidential—no personal identifiers are included in the results.
- Mobile-accessible.
- Short—it only takes 15 to 20 minutes and you can complete it at work.
- Available 24/7.
- Offered in both English and Spanish.
- Emailed directly to you. If you can’t find your survey link, double-check your email, including your junk email and other folders. If it’s still not there, contact the Press Ganey Support Desk at hdesk@pressganey.com or call 800-849-2292 between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Leaders will share your team’s results with you in late October for action planning.
