There’s only one more week to share your voice and complete this year’s Caregiver Experience Survey. The survey will close Thursday, September 22, at 11:59 p.m. As of yesterday, more than 35, 829—56% of Intermountain’s workforce across all three regions—have completed the survey so far.
Some caregivers have asked, “Why should I take the survey?” and “What are the survey results used for?” The Caregiver Experience Survey is one of the methods Intermountain uses to gather caregiver feedback. The survey provides an opportunity for you to confidentially provide feedback to your leader and the Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT) about the improvements your team and the organization has made over the past year and share areas of opportunity for 2023. Leaders will receive access to their team’s survey results in October as long as five members of their team took the survey. Then, action planning begins, allowing you to take a driver’s seat in what you’d like to see your team do in 2023 to make your experience as an Intermountain caregiver better.
The survey doesn’t have any impact on open enrollment benefits or annual pay increases, as those decisions are typically determined months before the survey. However, survey results have contributed to benefit additions like the PEAK Program and increased tuition reimbursement, influenced off-cycle pay adjustments or minimum wage increases, and other enhancements to caregiver well-being.

- Available to caregivers hired before July 1.
- Confidential—no personal identifiers are included in the results.
- Mobile-accessible.
- Short—it only takes 15 to 20 minutes and you can complete it at work.
- Available 24/7
- Offered in both English and Spanish.
