Check-Ins for second quarter are due by September 30.

With only two weeks left in the second quarter, only 30% of caregivers have recorded a Check-In in Workday. Check-Ins for second quarter are due by September 30.

While it’s your leader’s responsibility to schedule and hold a Check-In conversation with you each quarter, it’s your responsibility to document the conversation in Workday. Documenting your Check-Ins allows you to track conversations quarter to quarter, create transparency between you and your leader, and highlight what’s important to you. Check-Ins can be recorded on a computer or through the Workday app on a mobile device. To learn how to record your Check-In, you can use this tip sheet or watch the Check-In video for a short overview of the process.

Do you now report to a leader who’s based in the Peaks Region? Because the Peaks Region isn’t live in Workday yet, you’ll be unable to select your leader’s name in Workday as the participant.  For now, continue to document your Check-In with your previous manager’s name as the participant. Then, in the description, include the name of the leader who did your Check-In with you. We look forward to integrating the Peaks Region into the Check-In process in spring 2023.
