Intermountain is migrating workforce scheduling and timekeeping from the current Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Workforce Central system to UKG Dimensions.
We’re excited to bring you an improved experience but will be postponing our Phase 1 go-live until March 5, 2023, and Phase 2 go-live to Q2 2023. This extra time is necessary to provide teams adequate time to develop and test the solution to ensure a successful integration.
In the two-phase approach, UKG Dimensions will be implemented in Bear River Valley Hospital, Cassia Regional Hospital, Layton Hospital, Logan Regional Hospital, McKay-Dee Hospital, and the surrounding clinics in northern Utah on March 5, 2023. The remaining Canyons and Desert Region locations will be deployed sometime in Q2 2023. Conversations are still in the works for Peaks Region.
The timing for Phase 1 go-live events have also changed. The new key dates are:
- February 2023 — Caregiver training assigned
- March 5, 2023 — Phase 1 go-live
