Intermountain is expanding our collaboration with Qualtrics, an experience management company we’ve worked with since 2019. The collaboration will help Intermountain modernize our caregiver, patient, and consumer experience programs.
Through this deepened collaboration we’ll gain full access to Qualtrics’ Experience Management (XM) Platform, resources, and support. Our work with Qualtrics will focus on strengthening Intermountain’s ability to listen, gain insights, and, most importantly, proactively act on the needs of those we serve.
Qualtrics will eventually replace all Press Ganey products and services we use. The Qualtrics expansion won’t impact any current action planning, including plans around the results of the latest caregiver experience survey. More information will come in 2023 on any impacted processes.
