Log in to Workday today to complete your Open Enrollment for 2023

1. Make your benefit elections during Open Enrollment via Workday. To use a mobile device, download the Workday app and log in using your Intermountain credentials and the organization ID: imh. If you’re using a desktop computer, go to Intermountain.net and follow these directions. If you access Workday from outside the Intermountain firewall, you’ll need to sign in using PingID. No matter your device, when you log in to Workday, you'll see a "Open Enrollment Change: <Caregiver Name> on 01/01/2023" task. This is how you’ll start the Open Enrollment process. After you’ve saved your elections, you’ll have instant access to your benefits confirmation statement; be sure to save this for your records.
2. Check out the Virtual Benefits Fair on any device to learn more about benefit changes and enhancements. The Virtual Benefits Fair runs through the end of Open Enrollment and includes resources like the benefit guides, premium worksheets, videos, tips, tricks, and FAQs. This experience allows you to review all the benefit options at your convenience. The site is available on all devices 24/7 by visiting intermountainvirtualevents.com. Log in by entering your last name and employee ID number. Spouses, partners, and dependents can also access the fair using the same log-in information.
3. Use Decision Paths to compare your benefit options. Choosing benefits can be overwhelming. This year, we’re offering a virtual tool called “Decision Paths” to help caregivers navigate their benefits decisions to ensure their choices fit their needs and budget. Decision Paths provides personalized benefits recommendations for medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and life and disability, making your options easy to navigate. There’s no login required.
