Open enrollment for your 2023 benefits will be November 2 to November 16. The Total Rewards team is busy finalizing information and resources for you, so you can be prepared and feel confident making your selections for 2023. Two resources will be particularly useful this year: the Virtual Benefits Fair and the Benefits Guide.
The Virtual Benefits Fair
This year’s Virtual Benefits Fair starts Monday, October 24. The fair has everything you need to help you choose the benefits that are right for you and your family. The Virtual Benefits Fair contains several ‘rooms’ caregivers can visit to learn more about specific benefits and can be accessed anytime, anywhere, from any digital device with an internet connection.
The Virtual Benefits Guide
The Benefits Guide will be accessible virtually this year through the benefits fair and benefits website. The guide will be available starting Monday, October 24, and will include all the information you’ll need to make informed decisions.
Then open enrollment will begin starting Wednesday, November 2. Caregivers in the Canyons and Desert regions can participate in open enrollment on a computer through the Workday portal or on a mobile device using the Workday app. If using the app, you’ll need to use PingID for two-factor authentication.
