Update your career profile in Workday

You have a new task in Workday to update your Career Profile. The task is a critical part of Intermountain’s latest caregiver growth tool, the Career Hub, and of your own development. Please take a few minutes to add your experience, skills, and goals to your Workday career profile

The information you add to your career profile will help teach Career Hub, which uses artificial intelligence to learn what caregivers want out of their careers and offer personalized development recommendations. As it continues to learn, the Career Hub will be able to match you with the classes, certificate and degree programs, job opportunities, mentors, and career paths to help you achieve your career goals.

“The Career Hub will revolutionize how caregivers can develop and grow their careers at Intermountain, but it needs your career profile input in order to learn,” says Tammy Bigelow, director of talent and career development. “Career Hub will get better and better at helping you grow as you keep your Workday career profile updated.”

The career profile also offers you an opportunity to think about where you want to take your career. Intermountain has many programs to support caregivers at all levels who want to grow in their role, move up in their field, or change fields.

“Intermountain will assist and support you in your development, but you need to chart your own path and decide which opportunities are right for you,” Tammy says. “The task in Workday is an invitation to begin your journey with help from Intermountain. There won’t be any disciplinary action for caregivers who do not update their profiles.”
