Intermountain Nevada, Tellica, Classic Air, iFlex, and Mount Saint Vincent caregivers aren’t currently eligible for the Medical Premium Assistance program.

Caregivers who apply will receive an e-mail to their imail.org account from AskHR once their application has been processed with a status of approved or denied. Notification timing may vary depending on the volume of requests received at any given time. If you submitted your application and haven’t heard back after two weeks (10 business days), contact AskHR for an update.

To receive reduced premiums on the first paycheck of 2023, apply for the Medical Premium Assistance program by December 15. Applications received between December 16 and December 31 will still be processed with a January 1 effective date, but the premium change may not be reflected until the second paycheck in January. For applications received after January 1, 2023, if approved, the medical premium subsidy will take effect the first of the month following the receipt of the completed application. The application will remain live in Workday throughout 2023, in case a caregiver’s financial circumstances change.
