What sets us apart

Learn why the Intermountain Children's Health epilepsy program is right for you and your child.

With us, your child will be treated by a world-renowned team of pediatric specialists who address the complexities of epilepsy, including the physical, emotional, and psychosocial impacts of seizures.

The team includes neurologists, epileptologists, neurosurgeons, advanced practice providers, nurses, neuropsychologists, behavioral health clinicians, neuroradiologists, social workers, dietitians, and genetic counselors. We will partner with you and your family, guiding you through care plans and options, while offering support and education to ensure the best care for your child.

To help us create epilepsy management that works for your child, our program is dedicated to staying on top of new epilepsy treatments. By using research, genetics studies, new medical and surgical techniques, advanced medical therapies, and well-rounded diagnostic testing, we partner with you to create the best care for your child.

Intermountain Children's Health is a key contributor to national and international groups striving to improve epilepsy in the lives of children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. Our caregivers help set the standards for pediatric epilepsy care. When appropriate, we offer the opportunity to participate in clinical trials with the goal of improving seizure control, identifying underlying causes of epilepsy, and decreasing the effects of seizures.
