Healthcare Access Forums

Intermountain Healthcare’s Dixie Regional Medical Center hosts healthcare access forums on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. in locations around the city.

“We want to help those who may be new in the community and have questions like, ‘How can I find a doctor?’ or ‘Will my insurance be accepted here?’” said Terri Kane, hospital administrator. “Many people have moved here recently and may have questions about healthcare. We’d like to connect them with information that can help.” Kane is usually the presenter at the forums, which conclude with a question and answer segment.
