Introducing Richard Patilano, Jr., MD

The River Road Clinic warmly welcomes internal medicine provider Dr. Richard Patilano. A native of the Philippines, Dr. Patilano earned his medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila and completed a post-graduate internship at Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center. He then fulfilled an orthopedic surgery residency at Philippine Orthopedic Center in Quezon City, where he was appointed chief resident of the trauma section. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Patilano earned an additional degree in nursing, published research on aggressive tumors of the extremities, and ranked fifth on the Philippine Board of Orthopedics’ diplomate examinations.

In 2004, Dr. Patilano traveled to Las Vegas and worked in the Emergency Department of Valley Hospital and Medical Center. He recently moved from Ohio with his wife and three children after completing an internal medicine residency at the Canton Medical Education Foundation.
