Introducing Nupur Aggarwal, MD

Dr. Nupur Aggarwal is an accomplished internal medicine physician who has joined the Cedar City Clinic. A citizen of India, Dr. Aggarwal earned her medical degree at the University of Delhi in 2003. She fulfilled an internship at Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, studying a variety of disciplines including surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, transfusion medicine, and pediatrics. Dr. Aggarwal served as a medical officer in the Department of Neurosurgery at GB Pant Hospital and also at the Holy of Immaculate Mary Charity Institute in an underserved area of Delhi.

In 2006, Dr. Aggarwal moved to Maryland to complete an internal medicine internship at Prince George’s Hospital Center. She proceeded to complete a residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, where she earned a fellowship studying GI Nutrition and Bariatrics.

Board certified, Dr. Aggarwal specializes in nutrition and is trained in metabolic syndrome and bariatric weight loss.
