Introducing Benjamin Nordby, MD

The Springville Clinic is pleased to introduce Dr. Benjamin Nordby, who practices family medicine. Dr. Nordby attended Brigham Young University before earning his medical degree from the University of Iowa’s Carver College of Medicine. He then completed a family medicine residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.

A widely traveled physician, Dr. Nordby has lived in or visited Portugal, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Brazil, and China. While in Guatemala on scholarship, he addressed public health needs in an indigenous village. His trip to China brought him to FuXing Hospital in Beijing, where he studied traditional Chinese medicine.

Dr. Nordby enjoys singing and playing the piano, is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese, and loves the outdoors. An athletic enthusiast, he enjoys most sports, including running, skiing, gymnastics and college football.
