Introducing Melinda Liddle, MD

Sandy, Utah pediatrician Dr. LiddleDr. Melinda Liddle is an expert pediatrician at Sandy Clinic. Dr. Liddle became a certified Medical Technologist of Immunology in 2003, specializing in flow cytometry and leukemia lymphoma phenotyping. She then attended medical school at the University of Utah, where she chaired the dermatology section of the Student Advisor Committee and conducted mentored research for the Pediatric Honors Program.

After graduation, Dr. Liddle completed an internship and a pediatric residency at the University of Utah, gaining experience at Sandy Pediatrics, the Teen Mother and Child Program, and Primary Children’s Medical Center.

A highly active volunteer, Dr. Liddle has made three trips to Ghana to study celebral malaria and Buruli ulcers. She also visited Kenya twice on behalf of the Academic Model for Prevention and Treatment of HIV/AIDS (AMPATH) program in association with Indiana University and Kenya’s Moi University. Dr. Liddle has also taught a teen mother parenting class, served as a health educator in Honduras, and volunteered at a dermatology clinic for the homeless. She belongs to the American Academy of Pediatrics.

In her spare time, Dr. Liddle enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family.
