Summer Coloring Contest

River Road Family Practice is hosting a coloring contest!

Entry:   

- Contest open to children ages 8 and under

- One (1) entry per person, please.

- To enter, print out the picture of your choice, or pick it up at the River Road Family Practice, color it in however you like, and return your entry to River Road Family Practice.

- Entries can be scanned, attached to e-mail and sent to riverroad.familypractice@imail.org or you can send your entry (via U.S. Mail) to:

- Be sure to include child's name, age, address, phone number, and e-mail address so that winners may be notified.

Judging: All judging will take place on our facebook page! www.facebook.com/riverroadfp

- The final day to submit an entry to the clinic will be June 6th. ( if mailed, we must receive it by June 6th) voting  will take place June 8- 15 with the winner being announced on June 17.

- Entries will be judged on the River Road Family Practice Facebook Page. The pictures with the most “likes” will win for their category. So be sure to get your family and friends to follow River Road Family Practice on Facebook and vote for your favorite entry.

- Prizes will be awarded in 2 age categories: ages 4 and under,  and ages 5-8.
