Jacob Egbert, DO

South Cache Valley Clinic and Canyon View Orthopedics are thrilled to welcome Dr. Jacob Egbert, a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist. After Dr. Egbert earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, he completed an internal medicine internship at the University of Missouri Kansas City, and a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Missouri, in Columbia, Missouri. Dr. Egbert has special interest in non-operative spine conditions, musculoskeletal medicine, electrodiagnostics, exercise prescription, prosthetics and orthotics, spasticity management and interventional pain procedures.

Dr. Egbert enjoys Olympic lifting, running, gymnastics, mountain biking, rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, teaching and spending time with his wife and four children.
