Christopher Bell, MD

SPORTS MEDICINE DOCTOR IN BOUNTIFUL, UTAH

Dr. Christopher Bell is now caring for patients at the Sports Medicine Specialty Group in Bountiful, Utah, serving patients from the North Salt Lake area.

Dr. Bell recently completed a Kaiser Permanente Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship in Fontana, California. Prior to that, he served in Ogden’s McKay-Dee Family Medicine residency program and earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia.

Dr. Bell, a board certified and licensed family medicine doctor, practiced primary care at the Intermountain Layton Clinic for three years before pursuing his sports medicine fellowship. During those three years he also worked part time providing seasonal medical coverage at the Snowbasin Ski Resort Medical Clinic in Huntsville. He’s also supported the University of California, the University of La Verne, Rancho Cucamonga High School and Weber State University as a team physician.

Dr. Bell enjoys providing medical care at a variety of athletic events; he has supported the LA Triathlon, San Bernardino Sherriff’s PRCA Rodeo, the Ogden Marathon, X-Terra Off-Road Triathlon and the Junior Olympic Boxing Tournament. When he’s not treating athletes, he’s participating as one. He enjoys biking, running, swimming, skiing and triathlons.
