Dr. Richard Day

Redrock Spine Clinic is proud to introduce Richard A. Day, MD, an exceptionally well-trained and experienced spine surgeon. Dr. Day performs both adult and pediatric surgery, specializing in the treatment of complex spine disorders. 

In 1988, Dr. Day earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He completed a General Surgery internship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire before entering the Neurological Surgery residency at the University of Utah Medical Center. Dr. Day then completed the Pediatric Neurosurgery fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. 

Board certified in neurological surgery, Dr. Day belongs to the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and is Secretary of the Rocky Mountain Neurological Society. In addition, he founded the Montana Neurosurgery Center.
