Introducing Dr. Polukoff

We're pleased to announce that Dr. Gerald Polukoff has joined Intermountain Healthcare's Cache Valley Heart Clinic. Dr. Polukoff comes to Logan, Utah from Salt Lake City, where he most recently worked in a private practice cardiology office.

Dr. Polukoff brings to Intermountain his exceptional knowledge and experience in the field of interventional cardiology. His past work experience includes Sorensen Cardiovascular Group, The Heart Center, and the Heart Clinic of Corpus Christi. He also served as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine.

Dr. Polukoff specializes in interventional cardiology. He attended the University of Florida for undergraduate work and went on to the American University of the Caribbean where he received his medical degree. He has completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the St. Louis University Affiliate Teaching Hospital and has completed two fellowships – one in cardiovascular disease at the University of Texas Medical Branch and the other in interventional cardiology at the University of Utah School of Medicine.
