David A. Bradshaw, MD

Intermountain Healthcare welcomes David A. Bradshaw, MD to the Utah Valley Pulmonary Clinic in Provo, Utah. Dr. Bradshaw comes to us from the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California where he founded and directed the Sleep Laboratory and oversaw pulmonary function testing services. In addition, he previously served as the Pulmonary Department chairman from 1998-2007 and was a key faculty member in the Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship program for many years.

Dr. Bradshaw earned his medical degree from the St. Louis University School of Medicine. He served his Internal Medicine residency at the Naval Hospital in San Diego and completed two sub-specialty fellowships; one in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine at Naval Medical Center in San Diego, and one in Sleep Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, California. He has several board certifications and is a fellow in two societies; the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Bradshaw's clinical research has been published in multiple peer-reviewed medical journals and he has been invited to give many academic presentations at local, regional and national meetings.
