The Syracuse Clinic is offering sports and scout youth physicals for just $20 with the coupon below. Print the coupon and make an appointment for your child to receive the $20 physical at Syracuse Clinic.
Physicals are by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. This offer goes through July 31st, 2012.
Completed forms are required for the physicals. You can bring your own forms, or the UHSAA High School Sports Physical Exam Form can be printed, filled out, and brought with you to your child's appointment.
