Gary R. Zeluff, MD

Intermountain Healthcare is pleased to welcome Dr. Gary Zeluff, as he joins our Sevier Valley Family Practice clinic in Richfield, Utah, where he will be practicing the specialty of Orthopedic Surgery.   His primary focus is hip, knee and shoulder joint replacement, fracture care, and sports medicine.   For nearly 30 years, Dr. Zeluff practiced medicine in and around the Salt Lake Valley, primarily at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center and Jordan Valley Hospital.  He is now returning to Utah, after spending the last couple of years at Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma, Alabama. Dr Zeluff has also served 29 years with the Utah National Guard with four overseas combat tours in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait.

Dr. Zeluff earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona. He went on to complete an internship at Orange Memorial Hospital in Orlando, Florida before serving an Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Utah. Dr. Zeluff then became an Assistant Clinical Professor of Orthopedic Surgery, teaching at the University of Utah College of Medicine for more than 20 years. He’s been in the past an EMT instructor, teaching the Utah Division of Emergency Medical Services and the Salt Lake City Fire Department, as well as Boating Safety and PWC licensing courses for the Coast Guard Auxiliary. Dr. Zeluff has many professional society affiliations including the Association of Military Surgeons of U.S. where he is a lifetime member, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and he was the founding president of the Utah State Orthopedic Society in 1999. He served as a member of the Park City Ski Patrol for 25 years.

Dr Zeluff and his wife, Kathryn are are proud to return to Utah to serve the people of Sevier County.
