Shubhra Ray, MD

Intermountain Healthcare is proud to welcome Shubhra Ray, MD to the Utah Valley Pulmonary Clinic in Provo, Utah. Dr. Ray has been serving as the Medical Director at both the Multi-Disciplinary Chest Clinic and at the Pulmonary and Critical Care facilities at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire.

Dr. Ray earned his medical degree from the Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India. He served a residency at the New York Methodist Hospital before completing two Fellowships; the first at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York where he was awarded Fellow of the Year, and the second at New York Hospital Queens. Dr. Ray is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and holds certification both in pulmonary medicine and in critical care medicine. He’s also a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Chest Physicians. His special interests include Thoracic Oncology, Interventional Pulmonology, Non-invasive Ventilation, and Critical Care Ultrasonography.
