Chad D. Cole, MD

Intermountain Healthcare is happy to welcome Chad Cole, MD, MSc to the Southern Utah Neurosciences Institute.  Dr. Cole earned a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master of Science in molecular biology/biophysics from Brigham Young University. He subsequently earned his medical degree from the University of Utah.  He continued his training at the University of Utah where he also completed residency training in Neurosurgery and a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care with additional training in Transthoracic/Transesophegeal Echocardiography.  Dr. Cole has also completed a surgical and research fellowship in complex spinal surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin.  Dr. Cole’s research primarily involves the manipulation of autoimmune responses, neurocritical care and spine biomechanics.
