LDS Hospital Named a Top U.S. Hospital for Women’s Health

SALT LAKE CITY – LDS Hospital has been named one of the nation’s best when it comes to caring for women, according to a new ranking by Becker's Hospital Review. The national publication has selected the Salt Lake City hospital for its list of “100 Hospitals With Great Women’s Health Programs.”

The recognition comes just a month after U.S. News & World Report named LDS Hospital the best hospital overall in Utah and No. 29 in the nation for gynecology care.

“This is a wonderful validation of the care we provide,” said LDS Hospital Administrator Jim Sheets. “We’re gratified to be recognized for our outstanding, personalized care in women’s services.”

To compile the list, the publication looked at clinical accolades, quality care and women's health proficiencies and awards.
