Intermountain is named among Top 50 Best Places to Work

Intermountain Healthcare has been ranked among the Top 50 Best Places to Work in the 2013 rankings published by Glassdoor, an online career and review site that depends on employees to post anonymous reviews about their company. Others on the ranking include Facebook, Google, Apple, and other top international companies.

The fifth annual Glassdoor Best Places to Work list is an honor given to 50 companies each year and is based entirely on employee feedback — Glassdoor calls it the Employees' Choice Awards. The ranking is determined using feedback employees have shared on Glassdoor throughout the past year. Employees complete an anonymous company review survey that captures their sentiment toward: career opportunities; compensation and benefits; work/life balance; and senior leadership, among other categories.
