LiVe Well program wins Top International Award

Intermountain Healthcare's LiVe Well website has been selected as one of six Grand Award winners in the 12th annual iNOVA Awards competition, which honors overall excellence and innovation for corporate websites. The competition featured entries from 12 countries, including Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

LiVe Well is Intermountain's public service campaign that encourages healthy living and nutrition. The LiVe Well site features the campaign's popular television ads, fitness facts, games, and a variety of health information. It was designed to be easily read on a computer, tablet, or phone.

The LiVe Well website, intermountainlive.org, was the winner of the Non-Profit Organization category and was the only U.S.-based organization among the six Grand Award winners. A total of 45 organizations in 17 categories received Gold, Silver, Bronze and Honors awards. From that list, only six organizations were named Grand Award winners. Submissions were judged by an international panel of web developers, designers, site builders, and interactive media specialists, and websites were evaluated for content, design, and technology.

In addition to the website, the innovative LiVe Well campaign includes a mobile app, school assemblies, humorous fake vending machines, advertising, and resource materials for health providers and all who want to improve their health through activity and nutrition. Although the campaign was first focused to help teens eat healthier and be more active, it has expanded to be a resource for all ages. For more information, visit the iNOVA Awards 2012 website.
