Free Riverton Hospital Seminar

RIVERTON, UT – Are you out of breath after walking up a flight of stairs? Do you eat a lot of salty food? Do you suffer from high blood pressure? Do you struggle with your weight? Can you control your cholesterol levels? How often should you have your blood pressure checked?

These issues will be addressed at a special seminar on heart health that Intermountain Riverton Hospital is hosting on Tuesday, January 22 at 6 p.m.

Riverton Hospital physician assistant, Lex Grimley, PA-C, will lead the seminar. Grimley will discuss symptoms to watch for that could indicate a heart attack. He will also talk about diet and exercise modifications that will greatly reduce your risk of future heart attack and stroke. In addition, he will discuss appropriate types of exercise for cardiovascular workouts and the times of day that are most effective for working out.

The seminar will be held in Riverton/Herriman conference rooms on the first floor of Riverton Hospital. Enter through the southeast main entrance doors. Registration for the seminar is not necessary. Light refreshments will be served.
