Next year, a new children's museum at Thanksgiving Point will feature a miniature city, Kidopolis, with an unique healthcare experience thanks, in part, to a $300,000 donation from Intermountain Healthcare. The Museum of Natural Curiosity is expected to open in spring 2014.
The donation will support current construction of the museum and will provide a permanent Intermountain LiVe Well interactive exhibit in Kidopolis. The space will be a kid-friendly environment with interactive activities for guests to learn the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
"This new exhibit will be a wonderful, unique opportunity for families to learn together about nutrition and exercise with fun, hands-on exhibits," said Varden Hadfield, director of major gifts at Thanksgiving Point. "We are thrilled to partner with a visionary leader in healthcare in creating this experience."

The Museum of Natural Curiosity will feature more than 150 interactive exhibits to educate arts, sciences, history, and culture.
