Do you suffer from painful joints? Do you have difficulty walking or climbing stairs? Do you have a hard time moving in the morning? Do you experience painful knees when running or biking?
These questions will be addressed at a special seminar on joint pain that Alta View Hospital is hosting at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, July 31.
Alta View Hospital orthopedic surgeon, Anthony Gordon, MD, will lead the seminar.
Dr. Gordon will give a presentation and lead a discussion on joint pain issues. He will talk about procedures and lifestyle modifications that people can make personally that will help you live with, and control, this often-painful condition. In addition, he will discuss surgical procedures that are used to replace joints and repair them.
The seminar will be held in Women’s Center conference room on the third floor of the Women’s Center at Alta View Hospital, 9660 South 1300 East in Sandy. Enter through the Women’s Center entrance doors and take the elevator to the third floor.
